Speaking of Leslie, she hosted a fun potluck Friendsgiving last night. I brought these Gluten-Free Potato Chip Brownies that were a huge hit – used Cup 4 Cup’s Brownie Mix, and veganized them with a chia seed egg. Then I crumbled some Cape Cod Original Chips into the batter, and on top before baking.
Obsessed with Maya Kamail Indian Foods. When they found out I’ve been a longtime fan they sent me a box of all their sauces and chips. Literally have not eaten one thing that isn’t insanely delicious.
I can’t believe Thanksgiving is so soon – I still have to figure out a gluten-free, vegetarian stuffing recipe!
