A visit to Walt’s Barn in Griffith Park – a must for any die-hard Disney fan in Los Angeles.
In case it wasn’t obvious, I’m very into Disney. If you saw the American Experience Documentary about Walt Disney (and if you haven’t, you really should) you may remember Walt’s Barn.
It’s only open the 3rd Sunday of every month, in Griffith Park. I have been wanting to go for years.
Parking/Admission is free ($5 suggested donation) and the whole thing doesn’t take more than 20 minutes.
Team Donald or Team Mickey?!? Abe does a really good Donald impression, but I could never choose for reals.
You can ride a miniature train…
…but I was cold and had to pee. (Something I don’t talk about often on the blog, but I have to pee all the time.)
We stopped to get coffee/use the bathroom at Commissary in Burbank. I kept my souvenir sticker fresh all the way home and put it on my journal. I’m such a Disney Dork.
