Blueberry Recipes: How to Cook with Blueberries for the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council’s Little Changes Kitchen Challenge.

Blueberries have always been one of my favorite fruits…not even the traumatic blueberry pie scene from Stand By Me can keep me from eating them.  That’s why when the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council asks if I want to sous chef for their Little Changes Kitchen Challenge, I say yes. Even though I have a mild case of tennis elbow (<—by the way, did you know you can get this from using your iPhone too much – in my case, playing Angry Birds?  Now you do.)  Get ready to see some blueberry recipes!

…and one with three layers and lots of frosting.  We eat them minutes after they got covered in sugar!  I try several bites of every single thing and was in blueberry heaven.
