Sweetfin Poke – Larchmont Village

This meal is hosted.

Since all our stuff is packed up for our move upstairs, we have been eating out a lot in Larchmont Village.  We want to try some new places; I suggest the new Albert’s Mexican Grill on Melrose, but FYI all their stuff has lard (even the vegetable burritos and tacos).  Fine with me, but not for Abe.  So instead we go to Sweetfin Poke, which has vegetarian options, despite being known for fish.

Their PR company hooks us up with some beautiful bowls.  You can build your own, but I get one off the menu – the Avo-Coco Albacore with pineapple, fresno chili, mint, and snow peas.

It’s a lovely quick option to grab a quick bite between packing boxes.  We are switching apartments with our upstairs neighbors because their dog has arthritis and can’t get up/down easily.  But also, we are looking for a refresh – we have lived in the same place for over 11 years!  Speaking of moving, I’m also consolidating all of my social media accounts.  For a while I’ve had two, but now everything is going to be in one place – @mslynnchen on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest.
