How to eat your vegetables with Trader Joe’s – Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip to Crunchy Broccoli.

One of last year’s most popular posts was about Trader Joe’s Pesto and Quinoa.  I figured I’d do another one devoted to my go-to grocery store.  Here are some products I’ve been really into – all that just happen to contain vegetables – even the greek yogurt dip.  Let me know if you have any other favorites!

Trader Joe's Crispy Crunchy Broccoli Florets

Trader Joe's Gluten Free Cornbread


Crispy Crunchy Broccoli Florets – Just that.  Crispy.  Crunchy.  They taste like they’ve been really well-seasoned/well-roasted, but they’re actually vacuum-fried.

Gluten Free Cornbread Mix – I made a batch for a family dinner, and we were all surprised at how tasty this was.  There are pieces of corn inside, and it bakes up moist and thick.  Broil the top for a minute or two to get a crust; it’s very lumpy when baked and needs the browning to appear appetizing.

Spinach and Kale Greek Yogurt Dip – Nothing new, but I still fear it will leave shelves suddenly one day.  I love how thick and rich it is, but not too tangy.

Artichoke Antipasti – Leslie used this in the Call of Duty Pizza Video – better than their tomato sauce!

    Artichoke antipasti is one of favorite items at TJs. I scoop it out and mix with hit pasta. Soooo tasty with a sprinkle of parm on top.
