Beachwood Cafe’s Baked Oatmeal Recipe

After a little fall of rain ruins a morning meeting at Sqirl, I suggest changing locations to Beachwood Cafe.  It’s my go-to last-minute dinner date spot, but now I’m thinking I’ll make breakfast a more regular thing here.  Especially with these poached Eggs/Kale braised in Moroccan Spices + Harissa. And their Baked Oatmeal that isn’t too sweet – with a hearty cake-like texture, swimming in a pool of cream.  (Drool.)
