Pickle Popcorn and some other snacks I can’t get enough of.
We live in amazing times. When I was growing up in NJ, the most exotic snack was Ruffles Potato Chips and onion dip. Made from Sour Cream and Onion Soup Mix, of course. Now we not only have chips and snacks of all sorts of flavors – they’re made from ingredients we can pronounce too! I know there are some people who make their own crackers. I am not one of those people.
These are a Klout Perk. They taste like thin, flavorful crackers. Abe and I both are ga-ga over them, but they taste nothing like pasta.
Sea Salt Veggie Popchips.
I love the texture of Popchips, and I’ve yet to find a flavor I don’t like. These are made from beets, red bell peppers, spinach, tomatoes, peas, pumpkin, chickpeas, bean and potato.
Trader Joe’s Pickle Popcorn.
Before I buy the bag, I ask the cashier, “Am I making a mistake?” He tells me he didn’t really like pickles, or popcorn, and that it is “Just okay.” Well, I happen to be both an enormous pickle AND popcorn fan, so if you are too – you will freak out. And inhale the entire bag in two days, like we do.
