The Most Comfortable Shoes

I’m pretty picky when it comes to footwear. THEY MUST BE COMFORTABLE SHOES OR I WILL NOT WEAR THEM. Not even on the red carpet.

(You don’t want to know what’s happening underneath that dress.)

Bensimon sneakers are a French woman’s staple, so you know they’re chic. I was worried they would result in blisters or make me look like I have clown feet. The only issue is there’s not much of an arch, but I have taken many long walks in these without any problems.   (I don’t recommend getting them in white because I looked like I was doing ER Rounds and returned them.)

Another style I’m really happy with:

Dansko Sandals to my house one night and I immediately added them to my “to-buy” list.  Then the Shoe Gods blessed me with a free pair at Autumn/Jenn‘s clothing swap!

I can walk all the way to Larchmont and back in them, plus they go with everything! This is the “Sara” style which is no longer available; the closest thing I found currently online are their “Tasha” ones.

Anyone try Cole Haan Nike Technology Pumps?

Love Cole Haan! These are the only heels I will buy, aside from some Prada heels that I found vintage and are incredibly comfortable–I can walk for miles. The Cole Haan Chelsea (not the high ones) are incredible. And they last forever. I have them in nude and they look so classic–I get a ton of compliments.

I adore dansko. My normal run around shoes are the professional clogs by them. I also have a pair of short feels by them.
