Universal Studios Hollywood

We never visit Universal Studios Hollywood, even though it’s not too far AND Abe edited The Simpsons Ride.

Today, we came back to honor his work (and birthday, on the 18th).

(He put together all the videos you watch while waiting on line.)

The perfect breakfast for our group of 7 – a giant pink frosted donut – the best bargain in the park for only $5…

…found in the Kwik-E-Mart, along with Duff Energy Drinks.

We also took a Studio Tour…

…then went to International Cafe for lunch.

A good option for a large group on a hot day.

Abe and I split two veggie sandwiches – both heavy on the cheese, FYI to vegans.

Totally theme-parked-out by 3pm, but will definitely be back again – one day of admission gets you the entire year free.

Thanks to our buddies Lance, Emily, Alex, Quan, and Michelle for helping us celebrate on a hot, crowded Saturday!

So fun! I’m a huge Simpsons geek, it’s awesome that your husband edited the ride. I’m one of those annoying people who can parrot Simpsons quotes all day, every day. :)

Yes we are too! Well, I must say we did OD after he worked on the movie, the ride, and the video game. I’m more die-hard about the first dozen or so seasons.

We just went to Universal for my birthday. Loved Abe’s videos — so fun to know he made them.
