Dominique’s Kitchen in Redondo Beach invited me to dinner but with my schedule these days, I can’t make it all the way there!  Bummer, because the dishes look yummy…

The Chilean Sea Bass because that’s my absolute most favorite type of fish. So good it’s like butter!

I LOVE Dominique’s kitchen! I live in Redondo, and have been to Dominique’s twice so far. I think I would need to try the scallops, but everything I’ve ever had there has been wonderful :)

I have NEVER been here, I would LOVE to go. If I win, please please..I would order the Goat cheese with honey and almond, Boston sea scallops, Sea bass with black rice, escargot, chocolate mousse, Passion fruit creme brulee. =)

Those dishes can drive me nuts! And enjoying them at Redondo Beach? I should really try it!
