Magical Miracle Berry Tour: I go flavor tripping on MBerry Miracle Fruit pills.
My flavor tripping buddies were present for another Miracle Berry Citrus Experience, along with newlyweds Sam + John.
We test out a lot of nibbles – from walnuts to chips to berries and fruit. The best is anything citrus or sour.
The rest of the dinner menu included the Crockpot Coconut Pumpkin Soup…
…Marinated Kale Salad with Trader Joe’s Chestnuts and Feta…
…plus Grilled Daiya Cheese sandwiches and Kaya Toast. The latter is a big hit, as expected. Sam and John love that kaya coconut jam!
I serve the Kaya Toast sandwiches with soft-boiled eggs – instead of fried/poached ones – to make my life easier.
For dessert, we each have a bowl of vanilla ice cream, topped with Roasted Cranberry Sauce. This stuff is so good – it’s become a go-to gift for people around the holidays.
Alongside, I also serve some Gingerbread Muffins…
…and Gluten-Free Granola. Udi’s makes such a good one because it’s SUPER DUPER CLUMPY.
I have now gone “flavor tripping” twice and even though it is fun, I don’t think I’ll be doing it again anytime soon. It is a fun party trick, though.
