Christmas Kale

We’re having brunch today at Aunt Heidi/Uncle Robert’s – I’m in charge of a salad, so I spent the morning massaging kale…


…using Cousin Kristine’s dressing recipe (she’ll be there) subbing Lemon Olive Oil + White Wine Vinegar.


Also added chopped candied cashews, beets, and feta.


Small sample before hitting the road…


…this would be a great salad for Christmas!
