Baking with Sammy

Friday afternoon, I had a baking date at Sammy’s – we made Jennifer Perillo’s Apple Pie Pumpkin Cake.

Also whipped up a batch of Leslie’s Vegan Gluten-Free PB Cookies

…using Dark Chocolate Covered Cherries from Oh! Nuts as the “chips.” I noshed on a handful while chopping.

SUCCESS!!!!! I sent Abe with the goods for a dinner at Mark/Jen’s while staying home to do work. Fuel = melon, miso, and a lot more chocolate/cherries.
