Apples to Sandwiches

Abe and I hit the road this morning for Sam and John’s wedding. Stopped in Oak Glen along the way…

We each got an apple to go from Parrish Ranch and ate them for the rest of the ride…

…an hour later, we were in Palm Springs and swung by The Sandwich Spot for a late lunch.

Got “The Dreamkiller” (veggies, avocado, cucumber, sprouts, roasted peppers, and cheddar) with everything…

That sandwich indeed looks legit. How were the apples? I’ve wanted to try Dutch Crunch bread for awhile!
