Start Your Pumpkins

A crazy start to the week….


…snacks to fuel the madness – Trader Joe’s Tropical Dried Fruit mix, which includes coconut, pineapple, mango, and mandarin segments…


….Cheddar Beanitos, Dry Roasted Planters Peanuts. <—Always think of my Dad whenever I see these; they were his favorite. I can still hear the sound of him crunching on them at the dinner table. (They were in my SWAG bag from the Fitness Magazine event.)


A quickie meal to fuel tonight’s acting class – 1/2 a bag of baby spinach wilted into some Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Soup…


…and more TJ’s Pumpkin mania stuffed into a Toaster Pastry.



P.S. I recommend the Dried Fruit, but probably won’t rebuy the soup or the Pop-Tart-Knock-Offs.

    Good to know reg. the pumpkin soup. I bought the butternut squash soup from tj’s last week and really didn’t dig it. I do however enjoy the roasted red pepper one for a quick meal.

    I all excitedly bought that pumpkin soup from TJ’s and found I liked it with a dollop of greek yogurt in the middle and a ton of black pepper. It was a tad too sweet for me so the sour/spiciness cut right through.
