Labor Day Salads

We spent the last evening of summer at the beach with Robert, Heidi and Maya

…I threw together spinach, tomato, olives, dried cranberries, honey almonds, feta and Maple Dijon Dressing.

Mmmm…I’ve been known to make a meal out of just various salads. It’s one of my favorite meals to eat. Your plate looks AWESOME. That barley salad especially looks like something I would like!
