August 31, 2013

in bakeries/cafes/dessert places, movies, recipe

It feels like an east coast summer here – usually when the temps reach the high 80′s it isn’t too oppressive, but there’s a bit of humidity right now which makes everything BLAH BLAH BLAH. …back home, I ate some melon while Abe sipped on a smoothie concocted from Kellogg’s To Go Vanilla Powder, 1/2 cup Almond Breeze, 3 TB Wheat Germ, 1/2 Frozen Banana, and 1/3 cup frozen berries.

Speaking of pools, we’re off to see my friend Liz’s movie, The Lifeguard. It just opened in theaters, but you can watch it from home on iTunes too!
