Ahhhhh – now that Abe and I are finished with our two nights of cooking/cleanup, we can enter FULL VACATION MODE.

Rachel and Chris were responsible for last night’s meal – you may remember that my cousin’s gluten-free, so of course the whole menu was too!

Two types of Turkey Burgers – one stuffed with gorgonzola, and the other with Boursin Light (both gourmet)…

Was surprised how much I liked the blue cheese! Another half of that + an additional roll.

For dessert, Noah and Maya made fudge – regular + Cookies n Creme…

…supplemented by the “Coconut Crack” – all three tasted great together!

Our daily post-meal activity has been a film, but we piled into the mini van for some Mini Golf. Loved everything about Kings Beach, from their unique balls…

….and the courses, of course.

Came back to a cup of cocoa – no fruit, but we did play Apples to Apples.

    Those burgers sound delish!

I love me some miniature golf! Used to go to PeterPan in Austin for a cheap & fun night out.

Spring rolls! They are kind of addictive, especially if the peanut sauce is nice and spicy. Yum. Apples to apples is also a really fun game. haha We’ve both played many times.
