Fruitvale Station is powerful, and tragically relevant to what’s going on in our world today.

Along with half a honeydew, I ate three dates and an old fortune cookie while we watched the news.

I’ve avoided the news this weekend. Just don’t want to hear all the posturing and conjecturing over senseless tragedy. Snuggled with my furry wonder instead.

Hopefully Fruitville Station will come this way. Wanna see that.
