Brunch at Superba Snack Bar

Family Brunch at Superba Snack Bar in Venice.

We drove over to Venice this morning to have brunch with Uncle Robert and Aunt Heidi.  Superba Snack Bar was a risky place to go – some say it’s too loud, has difficult parking, and a no-reservations policy.  Also, no-substitutions – the reviews have been mixed.

Happy to report the gamble paid off – all of us were pleased with our experience!

Abe also got an order of the Patatas Bravas – aka Crispy Fingerling Potatoes.

I wound up eating about 1/2 his bowl.

And yes, everything was as good as it looks!

The French Toast had a lot of tempting elements, but looked pretty burnt. I would have sent it back. Everything else looked delicious.
