Superba Snack Bar was a risky place to go – some say it’s too loud, has difficult parking, and with no-reservations…

…and no-substitutions – the reviews have been mixed.

Happy to report the gamble paid off – all of us were pleased with our experience!

I chose the Brioche French Toast with roasted peaches, candied almonds, bourbon butter glaze, and creme fraiche…

Abe also got an order of the Patatas Bravas – aka Crispy Fingerling Potatoes.

I wound up eating about 1/2 his bowl.

And yes, everything was as good as it looked!

Their brunch options look amazing!! We went once for dinner and every single dish was delicious.

The French Toast had a lot of tempting elements, but looked pretty burnt. I would have sent it back. Everything else looked delicious.
