Yes. You can freeze pasta salad…

….and make pasta with it. Abe isn’t crazy about a ton of raw veggies, so I cooked up Ladies Night Leftovers.

Chopped up some baby carrots, onion, and garlic with my newly-sharpened knife

…sautéed in coconut oil, deglazed with white wine, and tossed with all the gluten-free leftovers – which included dried cranberries and goat cheese.

I actually LOVE salads. So I made myself some greens, tomatoes, and Koji to rest underneath.
