Flagstaff sure has changed a lot since in the last 11 years. And they sure love their pizza – I counted at least six places on the drive to dinner, all within walking distance of one another!

My friend Lance (a bonafide expert) told us about Pizzicletta, so that’s where we went.

The menu is small, with lots of vegetarian (even vegan) options…

…we began with the insalate – mixed greens, toasted pine nuts, chèvre, extra virgin olive oil…
