(Almost) Vegan Bread Pudding

Slices of Sunsweet Plum Bread

…milk chocolate (why this isn’t a vegan recipe)…

…1 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1 TB vanilla, frozen berries/cherries. Let sit for 10 minutes in a greased 8×8 pan, until liquid is absorbed.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

I’m sorry but it looks scary. I am not a fan of berries so I wouldn’t like this recipe but it doesn’t exactly look appetizing. You need a glaze of some sort and maybe you should puree the fruits to give it a uniform texture? Can you tell I’m a texture freak.
