I baked some brownies for Book Club – just a box mix, doctored up with a Starbucks Via Packet…

…and sprinkle of TJ’s Sweetened Coconut.


While that cooled…

…breakfast #2 was consumed.

Cut into 35 pieces and packaged for tonight…


…smelled so heavenly!

Two left for me…

…saving as a snack for between appointments!

I agree with the comment! I have been through and ED and to this day I still have mini habits that I can’t get rid off. I don’t find them that odd, but I know they aren’t normal. I am willing to accept my odd rituatls though instead of going back to my ED

That really resonates with me, too. I definitely have patterns that I cling to, and breaking the little routine is very discombobulating. I an a control freak in general, though, so I may not be able to blame my past (dis)ordered eating for it.
