Behold: My nephew, Isaac.

That sweetie is, unfortunately, highly allergic to peanuts. Was thrilled to discover Vermont Nut Free Chocolates, who sent me an assortment of goodies to sample…

…from beautifully wrapped gifts (this is their Pretzel Caramel Bark)…

…to granola bars made from sunflower seeds.

Abe and I snacked on the Chocolate Chip Tanabar, which was terrific – loved how thick it was, with a slightly crispy, but chewy texture.

Dinner was NOT peanut free…this was a mishmash of Thai leftovers – everything from Forbidden Rice, Tofu, Asparagus, Kale, and Satay Sauce – heated up in canola oil and garlic.

I broke out the Chocolate Covered Pretzels for dessert…

…with two big Lovin Scoopfuls.

Excited to finally be able to mail food gifts to my brother’s!!!

Those Tanabars look amazing! I recently learned I am allergic to peanuts and almonds, so it’s been difficult to find a good bar to check out. Unfortunately, this is complicated with a sensitivity to wheat (but not gluten) and soy…but we’ll see if they have something I can try!
Your nephew is so adorable, even if there is a little mischievous gleam in his eyes.
