Adventures in Baking continue! I took a package of Nestle Cookie Dough (Valentine’s Day themed)…

…and pressed them into lined muffin twins…

…two pieces per cup.

Bake at 350 for about 15-20 minutes, until done. Then, immediately take a shot glass…

…and make an indentation right into the dough, while it’s still warm.

Fill with jam! I used what we have in the house – Jalapeño Pineapple.

Allow to cool, then remove from the tins. These turned out a lot nicer-looking than my last jam-cookie attempt.

I ate one (with half a giant honeydew + miso) around 9pm last night…

…just realized I should’ve used blueberry jam – for President’s Day!

That cookie dough looks so cute! If I were you I don’t think I would have been able to resist sampling a bit of the raw dough
I love simple treats like these and nothing is better than refrigerated dough. I might only get six cookies, as I’ll probably eat half the dough before it gets into the oven!
