The Good Bean

in gluten free, snacks

I’ve always loved garbanzos. For a while I called them “chic peas” because I felt they were in a class of their own, above all other beans. Apparently, I’m not the only one inspired by them.

The Good Bean makes bars and snacks out of roasted chickpeas and sent a bunch of samples to try. Happy to report they are delicious!

The snacks look like they’re vegan (yay, would love to try those eventually) even though the bars contain dairy. What a cool snack concept!

ooh I want to try these! Some bars have chickpeas for snacks instead of nuts and I can’t stop eating them!

Ugh. I love chickpeas… but they don’t love me back. It’s pretty depressing! Those treats look very good, though :)
