Baby’s Back

in breakfast

…and I can finally go back to being a baby. Let me tell you, having the flu is no good but being sick without your hubby is a real stinker! Abe was gone all weekend celebrating our Aunt’s 75th (Happy Birthday Gail!!!) and I went to pick him up last night at 11pm, still sniffling and ache-y.

Was pretty full most of Sunday from the Meal and a Spiel class, so all I had for dinner was miso + melon and lots of candy

…this morning, Abe and I traded breakfasts!

Dunkin’ Donuts French Toast Bagels from Boston, which he hated.

I didn’t really mind them, toasted and smeared with Cinnamon Molasses Cashew Butter, but they really don’t taste like French Toast…or bagels, really, if we’re being honest…

…I also ate an apple.

Made Abe a version of Erica’s Cream Cheese Baked Oatmeal – mango instead of cranberries + almond milk…

…baked in the toaster oven…

…and served with drizzled butter + maple syrup on top.

We’re so happy to have him home, aren’t we Julius?!?

Feel better soon! I live in Boston, so Dunkin Donuts is pretty much EVERYWHERE! It’s pretty crazy to see how many DDs are on every street corner. Maybe you can try making your own donuts! :)
