I hope it does not turn out to be the case for you but I have seen a few other bloggers complaining about being a “scam” or at the very least they seem to have (for now) a poorly run CS depart. I was *this close* to ordering from them since I am a group exercise instructor and go through workout gear like nobody’s business but I read a few reviews and decided against it.
I know you are a savvy lady and I just was not sure if you were aware!

oh no – i had no idea about the poor customer service; i’ve been mainly dealing with the PR dept and haven’t had to do any returns so i’m sure my experience as a blogger isn’t as typical. thanks for letting me know cortney!

Oh, please be careful promoting them, Lynn! There has been tons of negativity surrounding them with the way they were doing business and now, the inferior quality of their new line Ellie. Many bloggers have decided to not promote them anymore because their readers and regular paying customers had too many bad experiences with PV Body / Ellie.
