Whoa, awesome! Would make protein shakes with it (milk, spinach, protein powder, banana, and almond butter)
1 cup coconut milk, 1 tbsp almond butter, large handful baby spinach, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries soooo good
1tbsp Matcha green tea powder, handful each of wheat grass, parsley, and cilantro, some spinach, 1tbsp chia seeds soaked in about 3/4 cup H20, 1/2 tbsp each of coconut oil, oat bran and flax meal, blended up with 1/2 a frozen banana. Also don’t forget the yogurt and some supplemental ice cubes!
Such yummy greeness and will keep you full all morning, or afternoon! As this was the main act of my lunch today. Especially great topped with some granola (quinoa, mango coconut dream granola!), chopped dates and prunes and a dollop of crunchy peanut butter! Unfortunately, I have to blend this in a very specific order. My blender has trouble with the greens. It’s older than I am though!
Thanks for the great giveaway!
Banana, blueberries, soy milk, smidge of vanilla extract. Done.
Awesome giveaway! I don’t have a blender, so I’d love this super cool one.

I’ve wanted to try a Ginger Sweet Potato Bisque in the blender for quite some time now, but I don’t have a strong enough blender!
I like some frozen fruit, milk and some frozen yogurt to make a smoothie!
Well. I basically need this because when I tried to make almond butter as a gift for christmas (2011), it burned out the motor of my blender and I have been blender free ever since.
I use my immersion blender to make bean dips (white beans, olive oil, and lemon). I also used to love making smoothies for breakfast (frozen berries, amazing greens chocolate powder, banana, spinach, coco milk and maca powder.. if i needed a pick me up, i’d add some instant coffee powder or chocolate chips!). As a topper for these smoothies, I always added granola or did a little “shell” by melting coconut butter and pouring it on top – mmmm! I miss these!!
So basic but so good: cup of almond milk, frozen banana, tb of peanut butter, tb of cocoa, some sweetner if needed and ice. Blend!
I blend 1/2 a banana, 2 handfuls spinach, 1 T almond butter, 1-2 cups almond milk, and 1 T cocoa.

I would love to win this! I don’t have a decent blender, and I’ve been wanting to try smoothies to help me on my weight loss journey!
Oooh, would love one as we don’t even own a blender right now because my mom liked it so much when we loaned it to her that we ended up giving her ours. It would come in super handy again. Nothing like a giant giveaway to bring me out of the reading woodwork into the commenting! My green smoothie = coconut water, kale, cucumber, avocado, sour cherry juice OR pomegranate juice, super greens powder, vanilla whey protein powder, and a tablespoon of melted coconut oil at the end while the blender is still running.
Oh my, that sounds amazing, I’ve never done a smoothie with cherry juice before! However, I love putting coconut oil and avo in my smoothies too.
The sour cherry is so good! It’s actually a concentrate and you can find it in the produce section. Also good with some plain seltzer water or drizzled over vanilla ice cream.

I would love to make a smoothie or milkshake in this blender!
I would love this blender to make smoothies in.
That is a great giveaway!
OH MY GOD I’VE BEEN WANTING A BLENDER SO BADLY.
I suck at recipes, but I like making smoothies with:
Frozen peaches, strawberries, blueberries
Vanilla rice milk
A couple handfuls of spinach
Fruit & nut granola
Chia seeds
Add as much of each element as you want! Not sweet enough? Add a spoonful of your fav. fruit preserves or jelly.
Roasted butternut squash, warm veggie broth, roasted onions and carrots (1/2 cup)…blend and instant soup!
I always make smoothies with a handful of spinach, a banana, some frozen strawberries or mangoes, and a scoop of pureed pumpkin. Add enough almond milk to cover up the bottom of the blender and you’re good to go!
strawberries, banana, plain greek yogurt, sweetener of your choice, ice, splash of milk.
wildorchid985 @ gmail dot com.
My go to was always: splash of bolthouse farms (C-boost in particular), frozen strawberries/peaches, water. MM good. I also once tried the vanilla chai w frozen bananas. YUM.
This is an awesome giveaway! I want to try an avocado smoothie with sweetened condensed milk and unsweetened cocoa. I just haven’t been able to, yet. Thanks, Lynn for the opportunity and best of luck with your auditions!
I neeeeeeeed a new blender!!! This is awesome!
I like to make a quick smoothie with a banana, 1/2 cup milk or orange juice, and whatever frozen fruit I have. Yum!
I use blenders to make black bean brownies… a can of black beans, rinsed, with a cup of oats, tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 c applesauce, and then mix in chocolate chips at the end.
I love making post-run protein smoothies with protein, strawberries, bananas, spinach, and just a touch of agave syrup or stevia. Good stuff!
My morning smoothie always consists of 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 c. of any frozen berries, 1/2c. cold water, 1/2c. almond milk, and a scoop of Vega protein powder! Simple and DELISH!!!
I love Matthew Kenney’s cashew sour cream recipe.
