So much food leftover from yesterday’s brunch – and a lot of it is pita!

I made two kinds of chips – one savory (with Maldon Sea Salt + Chanterelle Vanilla Seasoning)…

…the other with Pumpkin Pie Spice and Honey (<—party favors from Emily and Alex’s Wedding)

You toss the pita bread with a few tablespoons of melted butter + seasonings, then put them in a single layer at 375 degrees, flipping halfway through until they’re crisp – anywhere between 12-20 minutes – each tray I used was different!

Store them in an airtight canister…

…I had the honey variety while we watched a few episodes of Homeland…

…not as good as Stacy’s Gingerbread version (also on my plate)…

…craving more sugar – I was obviously in a sweets mood.

Back to “normal” today…

…I miss being on vacation with Abe!
