We shared a few plates as suggested by the restaurant, starting with Tequenos…

Next up – Hallacas – a dish typically served around Christmas in Venezuela.

We got the beef (you can also order chicken) with raisins/olives/capers/peppers wrapped in a cornmeal dough, bound with string/plantain leaves, and boiled.

Served with “ensalada de gallina” – a Venezuelan Chicken Salad.

Those cheese sticks would be my favorite. No doubt about it! But this all looks so good. Thank you for sharing another delicious meal, my friend, and thank you for your warm wishes on my blog. It means so much to me!
