I love rest stops in the States, and I LOOOOOOVE them in Germany!
…this one was pretty deluxe!
I also got introduced to my new favorite snack…
…aka Peanut Butter Puffs. They’re savory, not sweet!
Several handfuls were consumed…
…en route to Marburg…
…where there were more snacks backstage at Trauma.
I waited until after sound check to eat them…
…a gorgeous homemade vegan lasagna awaited us.
It had zucchini, carrots, almonds, and tahini!
A little dessert…Spekulatius Cookie, Ritter Sport Marzipan and Bitter, and Haribo gummies.
The red white and blue one are special Smurf ones that I was eyeing during a few of our rest stops!
Time to get ready and play our second show – we’re at Trauma if anyone is in Marburg.

My late acting coach was the voice of Tailor Smurf and I’d love to have some of those to give to some of the other students as a way to remember him.
