So this was my Thanksgiving. Justin and I woke up early so we could catch the first showing of Lincoln.


Then we motored back to rearrange everything for our international flight – apparently you’re only allowed 1 checked bag, not 2…

…I ate an apple during the repacking madness.



Tried to whip up something Thanksgiving-esque with what was in his fridge…roasted up 2 sweet potatoes + zucchini with cumin and coriander…
…topped with olives, pecans, and a quick lemon vinaigrette.
We each had a bowl…
…in front of the boob tube…
It actually wasn’t my worst Thanksgiving; more surreal and exhausting than most, though. I hope your Holiday went a little more smoothly!

I hate the tirany of airlines companies! We are rigth now hanged in Doha (Qatar) airport after loosing the connection fligt to Barcelona due to its Johanesbourg fligth delay! Brrrrr!It will take us more than 34 hours to take back home…

Oy, what a Thanksgiving! Have to say though, those roasted vegetables look pretty delish. Hope you get some rest over the rest of the weekend

OH I’m sorry for your poopy Thanksgiving! I am just now going through all your Euro posts as I was in China at the time you were posting (and kuddos to you for posting WHILE traveling…I still have yet to master that)!! Can’t wait to read more about the ins&outs of tour life!
