Back home I enjoyed some of the Chicken Pad Thai for myself…
…with a huge handful of fresh baby spinach that wilted down to nada!!!
Also conducted a baking experiment…
…three-ingredient cookies! (Can you guess what they are?!?)
I wound up having three total, with a frozen figs and a mug of miso.
Promise I’ll share the secret later – just count to 10…

I am officially out of fresh and frozen figs, and the season’s over here…#eastcoastproblems Dried are passable…but nothing like fresh!
i think we’ll be out soon too – i need to stock up and freeze some now!!!
