This morning I was invited on a Sushi Tour of Little Tokyo, sponsored by The Japanese American National Museum…

…brought along my most sushi-obsessed friend, John.

Began with two pieces of cucumber roll…

…moved on to some fusion options at Enya…

…their Spicy Tuna Tempura…

…and Albacore with Fried Onion.

John and I split both of these ourselves, plus a few extras from other tables!

Next up, Ebisu…

…and their Amigo Roll…

…plus the Caterpillar…

…and Spider Roll.

A little green-age – cucumbers with seaweed and sesame.

My plates…

…removed the jalapeño on the last 2 – my mouth was on fire!

This all looks so delicious. Not I have sushi on the brain, must go get some.
If John is ever not available, I hope the next sushi-obsessed friend you think of is me.
You got it Shelley!
I really like Sushi Enya – their portions are so huge!
Everything here looks delicious. It can really satisfy one’s hunger without worrying about eating something that is unhealthy.
