One thing I love about Los Angeles are all the outdoor concert venues – The Ford Amphitheatre, The Music Center Plaza, and of course, The Hollywood Bowl. Haven’t been to The Greek Theater in years (last show was The Roots/Erykah Badu in 2008) and forgot they don’t allow outside food or drink!
BOOOOOOO!

Amy and I already had our hearts set on Mozza2Go, so I picked us up an early dinner…

…and we ate it outside the theater!

Abe wasn’t with us; it was quite the meat-fest.

Ordered Nancy’s Chopped Salad (<—click for the recipe)…

… and the Mortadella, Prosciutto, Salumi and Aged Provolone Panini.

After polishing off my portion, I also sampled one of my Bagel Bread Pudding Muffins. Amy liked it, but I think it’s a little too slimy for Sunday’s Blogger Picnic – something that needs to be served hot outa the oven.

We finished our picnic, headed inside…

…Amy got us amazing seats!

My iPhotos didn’t turn out so great…

…so I stole a few off of Instagram…

This was my 3rd time seeing Fiona Apple live (I was at the infamous 2000 Roseland Meltdown) and she was, as usual, wonderful…

…blogged a little bit about my favorite song by her over at Mourning Music.
P.S. For those of you in San Juan Bautista, Daylight Savings is screening there today.

LOVE Fiona! I saw her a months ago when she stopped in Chicago. It was my 4th time seeing her — it was the best show yet!
So jealous! I love her and have never seen her in concert.
