Oh, hi there.

You’re probably wondering about these, huh?

I’m not inventing anything new here; if you look up the words “S’mores Cookies” you will go down a sticky, sweet rabbit hole.

I’m just making it much, much easier for you.

Store bought sugar cookies + really good chocolate.

Take two mini marshmallows and roll them into the dough…

…place on top of Graham Crackers, waiting on a sprayed cookie sheet lined with foil (<—easy cleanup)

350 degrees for 11 minutes…

…add the chocolate on top and bake for 2 more.

About to go to a pie place, so I just ate half a melon and let Duane be my taste-tester…

…he approved, which means they’re okay to share with others!

(Added another graham cracker on top for easy transport.)

The best part – you can make these one at a time, and no campfire is necessary!

I’m not sure how I’ve never heard of this! It’s so simple and sounds delicious.
I’m definitely going to try a vegan version with Sweet & Sara marshmallows and Eat Pastry cookie dough. Mmm…can’t wait!
The stuffins de la sweetness you make is so simple yet so delicious looking and creative! I wish was your neighbor – the aroma of something sweet baking must be a constant in the surrounding air!
word. I know I shouldn’t be surprised at “Lynn adds something to store bought sugar cookies and I ogle.” but seriously. my boyfriend loooooves s’mores. this might be a nice thank you sometime instead of making him fire up the grill to partake.

Whoa – these look awesome. I just have to find an allergy-friendly (gluten, dairy, egg and peanut free) graham cracker replacement and I’m definitely going to try this!
Those look fantastic. And ha, the “really good chocolate” reminds me of Ina Garten. Great idea for cookies!
