Oh, hi there.

IMG_7803

You’re probably wondering about these, huh?

IMG_7798

I’m not inventing anything new here; if you look up the words “S’mores Cookies” you will go down a sticky, sweet rabbit hole.

IMG_7794

I’m just making it much, much easier for you.

IMG_7727

Store bought sugar cookies + really good chocolate.

About to go to a pie place, so I just ate half a melon and let Duane be my taste-tester…

…he approved, which means they’re okay to share with others!

(Added another graham cracker on top for easy transport.)

The best part – you can make these one at a time, and no campfire is necessary!

S’mores Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 package store-bought sugar cookie dough
  • Chocolate
  • Graham Crackers
  • Mini Marshmallows

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray for easy cleanup.

Roll two marshmallows into the cookie dough and place on top of a graham cracker.

Bake for 11 minutes.

Press a piece of chocolate into the top of the dough and bake for 1-2 more minutes.

Enjoy as is, or cover with another graham cracker.

I’m not sure how I’ve never heard of this! It’s so simple and sounds delicious.
I’m definitely going to try a vegan version with Sweet & Sara marshmallows and Eat Pastry cookie dough. Mmm…can’t wait!

The stuffins de la sweetness you make is so simple yet so delicious looking and creative! I wish was your neighbor – the aroma of something sweet baking must be a constant in the surrounding air!

word. I know I shouldn’t be surprised at “Lynn adds something to store bought sugar cookies and I ogle.” but seriously. my boyfriend loooooves s’mores. this might be a nice thank you sometime instead of making him fire up the grill to partake.

Whoa – these look awesome. I just have to find an allergy-friendly (gluten, dairy, egg and peanut free) graham cracker replacement and I’m definitely going to try this!

Those look fantastic. And ha, the “really good chocolate” reminds me of Ina Garten. Great idea for cookies!

This sounds awesome! And so simple! Why have I never thought of this! I have only had smores once, and it was last year camping. So sad, this needs to be fixed

These sound amazing and super simple! I tried making a s’more type of cookie before, but they were super messy and complicated. My kids will love these :)

I also love making S’mores Brownies – even simpler and always a huge hit: http://theactorsdiet.com/2012/11/12/sophies-smores/
