The clan has grown! I think there were 18 of us total? Not counting the surfboard, which took up almost as much beach space as the 3 little ones.

Taste-tested a corner out of the oven. I liked them; the children weren’t fans, though. (FYI Rachel recommends Pamela’s for allergen-free mixes.)

I began with a piece of Vegan Veggie…
…Chicken Artichoke with spinach, fontina, mozzarella, and parm…
…more cheese – deep fried with pasta!
Next up – lots of veggies. It was hard to figure out what was what…
…especially since some came dis-assembled, like Ikea!
Found the components of my request – the Roasted Veggie. This one never disappoints.
EVERYTHING wound up tossed together, though – pretty much every salad on the CPK menu covered my plate!

There were a bunch of wonderful suggestions via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram too – but this one took the…er….(very moist and messy) cake. Especially considering the “Mocha Chocolata” ya ya – sometimes the most obvious answers are staring you in the face!
Couldn’t get a pretty slice out of Lady Marmalade. She’s a bit loose.
Today…she gets made over into a trifle. Maybe I’ll rename her the “Moulin Rouge?”
