T’was a full day for Nice Girls Crew!

We started around 9am; there were treats from Rockenwagner, one of my favorite bakeries…

…cut half of this nutty n sticky beauty…

…with grapes + tea

We broke for lunch around 1pm – since we’re filming near my Uncle/Aunt’s beach house, I know all the good take-out spots and had lots of suggestions…

….like, MENDOCINO FARMS!

I was a happy gal. (This may be the closest I ever get to a rider.)

7 hours of rehearsal later, we had a wardrobe fitting. Love all my character’s looks!

Before driving back I grabbed some sweets to go…

…good thing too, because I wound up sitting in traffic for 1.5 hours.

You better believe I bit that gingerbread man’s head off in frustration!

Up and at ‘em early tomorrow – gotta be on the Westside by 6:30am. Good night, everyone!

Every visit to your site leaves me hungry!
@ Feed The Monster – Me too. Now I want a sandwich. Or a gingerbread cookie.
I love these pastries and sandwiches. What a long commute! I know it’s common to have a big traffic in LA. I’ll be down to LA this weekend and will take the kids to Universal Studio this time. It’s been close to 20 years since last time I visited! I love your story about filming. Initially I wanted to study abroad in the US to learn about filming (background work). Oh well I completely went different directions but still enjoy reading your posts about film making!
good thing you had those goodies to enjoy! sitting in traffic is never any fun but with good eats – helps
hugs

Is “Nice Girls Crew” a movie or a drama?
Neither. It’s a short series and a comedy!!!
I’m catching up on blog reading…it looks like you have been up to a lot of fun things
I didn’t know you made a recent movie already…still waiting for the Yes We’re Open to come out in theatres.
