No less breathtaking – Elk Lake Resort is a truly gorgeous setting. The trees and the water and the fresh air – AHHHHH!
Thankfully, Rachel’s wedding is nothing like the movie “Rachel Getting Married!” The ceremony is perfect, officiated by my very own mother-in-law, Wendy.
While the paparazzi snaps away, the guests mingle, nibble and sip. I try all the appetizers – polenta, two types of fried shrimp, and bacon-wrapped scallops.
The entire buffet was gluten-free, except for the bread.
