Jade Candy

We’re a one-car house again! Thankfully, none were stolen this time – I’ve just had to chauffeur Abe around since his baby’s in the shop. We ate breakfast on the go – a shipment of these energy bars just came in:

They’re called “Cavewoman” because they’re made from whole, unprocessed foods like our ancestors gathered in nature – nuts berries, fruit and spices. No sugar, raw, organic, and local (made in Burbank!)

Not just for the ladies, either – I split the PB & J and Banana Nut Bread with my Caveman

Very reminiscent of a Larabar, but not as sweet or intense. I paired my halves with an organic plum.

Back home, I ate another second breakfast!

The other 1/2 of my Voskos yogurt + Maqui Powder and figs

On the side, more Navitas Naturals samples

Their new Power Snacks are perfect for nibbling…

….or topping yogurt!

INCREDIBLY yummy combo!

I skipped on down to the Larchmont Bungalow for my afternoon meeting with Jade Candy

They recently contacted me to wear their beautiful jewelry at some upcoming red carpet events!

So hard to choose! They make everything from bracelets to earrings

Along with the Jade line, they have a Gem one too

I’ll be modeling their bling for the Plate by Plate event on Saturday, where these pieces will be up for silent auction!

Have you ever found any energy bars that have no dairy and no nuts and which still taste good? Allergic to nuts and lactose intolerant here plus my son is allergic to nuts and allergic to most dairy.

I really want to try the banana nut bread cavewoman bar because i’m sick of Larabars (and they’re too sweet!) but I just looked at their website and they’re $3 a bar, and then $5 for shipping. No thanks! 🙁 They look yummy though!

and those Jade pieces are so pretty!
