Between hours of editing and my late-afternoon meat fest, I wasn’t in the mood for dinner when I finally looked at the clock and realized it was 9pm. So I went straight to dessert:

Pumpkin Muffin, mint tea, my supplements, and a frozen Riesen.
Once I started chewing, my mouth wanted more (even though my tummy didn’t) so I had an apple too:

Almost done with our muffins! But not to fear, I will be making some more baked goods soon, thanks to this package courtesy of MyBlogSpark, Safeway, and Betty Crocker:

- A silicon Baking Pan
- Stainless Steel Mixing Bowl
- Oven Mitt
- Betty Crocker Mixing Spoon
- $25 Safeway Gift Card
Plus a coupon for a free Betty Crocker product to try. Want to win the above for yourself (everything but the Betty Crocker coupon)? You know the drill….
